Our client, within the Recruitment Industry, are hiring for a Senior HR Associate to join their team - to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HR system, employee onboarding, contracts and inductions Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends and make recommendations for improvement Oversee all employee benefits i.e. private health insurance and group life policies Ensure compliance with employment regulations, labour laws and company policies Be the point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees Coordinate performance review processes and track progress Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organisation Implement and maintain office procedures and guidelines Requirements: 2 years HR experience Strong knowledge of office procedures, HR policies, and employment law CIPD L3 / L5 This role is required onsite 4 days per week - salary £40,000
