My Local Government Client is looking for 2 experienced HR Business Partners (Change) to join their established HR&OD function and support the project management of a number of large change project This role is initially for 6 months with excellent hybird working arrangements. 1 day a week in the office. INTERVIEWS FRIDAY 13th DEC VIA TEAMS. These Change Project roles are focused around departmental structural changes, oversight of the change and planning etc with metrics and outcomes and supporting and guiding managers. The roles will also support some aspect of employee relations and candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across this remit.
