Our client, within the Recruitment industry, are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team. Requirements: 2 years experience within HR&Office Management Excellent attention to detail A good understanding of company policies and legislations Ability to work as part of a team Having a high level of confidentiality and professionalism CIPD is desirable Key Responsibilities: Ensuring employee records are updated and maintained using HR systems (Atlas/Bright HR) Manage employee onboarding (employee contracts, induction) and conducting exit interviews Maintaining compliance with employment regulations, company policies and legislations Being the point of contact for all HR-related queries Manage the day-to-day operations of the office Responsible for office supplies inventory and place orders as/when required Adhoc tasks when required Package: Salary 40k Hybrid working (4 days in office)
