HR Coordinator (12 Month FTC) Acclaimed US law firm is seeking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their London office on an initial 12-month fixed term basis – ideally starting in April for a lengthy handover with the current incumbent. This is a superb opportunity for a HR professional who is keen to move to a firm where autonomy and accountability is offered within a valued global HR network: Salary to £42,000 Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Working Hours: 9-5 or 9:30-17:30 Excellent benefits inc. subsidised Gym membership, eye tests, health insurance etc. HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Update employee information on the firms HRIS system in an accurate and timely manner Creating HR reports as required such as headcount data, annual leave balances or data for clients Coordinate eLearning training Supporting the Office Manager with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) related requirements and reporting Provide support for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process across the Firm Manage the leaver process including correspondence to employees Work with the Office Manager with updating policies and procedures HR Coordinator Key Skills&Requirements: Previous HR experience gained from a law firm is preferable CIPD accreditation is highly desirable Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Experience of HR systems would be advantageous
