Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Workshop Facilitator at Humanise Solutions. The Workshop Facilitator will be responsible for leading workshops, facilitating training sessions, and utilising creativity skills to engage participants whilst using your knwoledge to understand their personal needs. Daily tasks include organising and delivering interactive workshops, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting inclusivity and empowerment towards employment. Looking for people based in the South, Midlands and North of England. Qualifications Communication and Facilitation skills Experience in conducting Workshops and Training sessions previous teaching experience . Creativity Skills for engaging participants Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles Experience or qualification in people coaching . Previous experience in organisational development or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or relevant field
