Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join the team of one of our established global law firm clients on a temporary to permanent basis with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will assist with the day to day running of all legal and business services recruiting activities for the firm’s London and Brussels offices and support to the rest of the recruitment team as required. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Liaise with Partners, Associates, Secretaries and Line Managers to arrange interviews and greet candidates Book meeting rooms Log and track relevant candidate information using the recruitment database Assist with the advertisement of new roles Assist with the full recruitment cycle from first stage interview through to selection and onboarding Respond to candidate enquiries Request references and pre-screening/background checks Assist with the London summer associate and new joiner housing, relocation and travel arrangements Work with the wider HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of all new London associates Send weekly updates to hiring managers for business service roles. Required skills include: Minimum 6 months of legal recruitment experience gained at a top tier professional services firm or reputable recruitment agency Knowledge of the UK legal market Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Capable of working within a high-charged, fast-paced environment Please apply if this role sounds like its a good fit for you and you are available immediately
