Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have an opportunity for a Talent Attraction Partner responsible for delivering a high performing in house recruitment function, developing innovative and creative ways to attract the best in class talent and sell the Harmony Employer Brand as the employer of choice within the industry. Key aspects of the role Bringing positive can-do passion to getting roles filled fast with the best Harmony aligned talent to supercharge our growth. Using creative energy to identify and execute opportunities to drive our employer brand to the next level. Owning the performance of the internal recruitment function, building trust with business stakeholders and being accountable to performance metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Participate in job fairs and career events Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Screening CV’s and conducting initial interviews to determine candidate suitability Conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Knowledge of labour legislation Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Familiarity with social media and other professional networks Excellent verbal and written communication Strong decision-making What we look for in our people Firstly, we embrace the value of Athletes Grit.
