We are looking for a Sales Executive focused on driving revenue through renewals and new business sales. This role centers around selling cutting-edge engineering and construction insights, bolstered by market-leading workflow technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be supporting organizations in the UK across Commercial, Public, and Education sectors, aiding them in meeting their Engineering, Design, Quality, Legal, and Quality Compliance obligations. By providing innovative solutions, you'll help clients save valuable resources such as time, space, and money while effectively mitigating organizational risks. Based at our modern Bracknell headquarters with the option of part and part working from home. Job Duties: Evaluate how the company solutions align with clients' goals and corporate strategies. Identify new prospects or extension opportunity within the market. Develop customer-specific recommendations and present a compelling value proposition to closure. Manage a portfolio of key Construction accounts, four point touch plan to identify upsell and retention opportunities. Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas. Continually grow and develop the sales pipeline to accurately support forecasting. Provide monthly forecasts using Salesforce and Excel Senior Sales Executive - Bracknell Manage/supervise contractual and administrative processes in accordance with the internal guideline Collaborate effectively with the team and management to deliver excellence to both existing and potential customers. Required Experience: At least 5-years of professional Inside Sales experience A good listener who can quickly understand and grasp the customer’s pain-points, develop customer specific recommendations and present a compelling value proposition to closure. Excellent and confident verbal, written and presenting skills in all customer and colleague communications via telephone, email, PowerPoint and communication tools such as Teams and Zoom. Ability to connect and liaise with customers at all persona levels, including decision-makers, economic budget owners and procurement. Skilled in developing strong personal business relationships with existing and potential customers. Self-motivated attitude capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational and personal diary/workflow management skills. Analytical and research skills for sourcing potential new business and developing existing accounts. Proactive planning to achieve monthly sales quotas and responsiveness to customer, team and internal requests. Proven track record within a sales-driven role. Essentially with preferred job longevity to support a history of success. Familiarity with applying the MEDDIC sales methodology to the sales cycle is a plus.
