Title: SAP Payroll DevOps Engineer Location(s): London Salary: £75,000 Working Structure: Hybrid JGA is collaborating with a renowned professional services firm to recruit a skilled SAP Payroll DevOps Engineer, offering an exciting opportunity to shape competitive reward strategies. What you'll do: Provide daily support and handle minor configuration adjustments for SAP SuccessFactors and ECP. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems following ITIL best practices. Ensure consistency and alignment across development, testing, and production environments. Oversee technical updates, including system upgrades, configuration changes, and certificate renewals. Manage inbound and outbound integration connections between ECP, SuccessFactors, and external platforms such as Concur and Salesforce. Monitor integration processes and address issues like i-doc errors promptly. Promote continuous improvement through automation, refined error handling, and proactive maintenance measures. Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to prioritize enhancements that support business objectives. Keep stakeholders and senior management informed by sharing updates, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Assist in the rollout of new features with each bi-annual SAP release. Manage UK payroll configurations, covering wage types, pension schemes, and absence management. Ensure accurate payroll postings and smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications. What You’ll Need: Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (or equivalent practical experience). Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, and SAP Integration Suite (Desirable). ITIL certification is an advantage. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ECP. UK payroll configuraiton expertise and managing payroll control center processes. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, ITIL practices, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Interested?
