Spanning across 65 countires at the forefront of security innovation, we are looking for someone who can help them drive forward the sales teams performance and steamline revenue operations in the UK&I region. This person will be someone who takes initiave, does the basics really well, is data driven, and is looking for a new challenging experience to get stuck into. You could be from any form of sales or revenue operations background. It is essential that you come with B2B SaaS/Tech experience, but this doesn't have to be from Cyber. Some of your core responsibilities will include: Tracking sales team data/quota attainment for a team of 25 Organising sales training and initiatives Forecasting and commerical analysis Collaborating with the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to design and implement effective compensation plans and sales incentives. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Technical, HR and Operations teams to align and coordinate sales initiatives across functions. Developing and monitoring sales teams KPI's in accordance with the company's goals Ensuring that sales compensation plans are industry benchmarked, and alligning these with sales targets and company goals Bring fresh ideas on how to improve team performance Managing all related sales data to eunsure accurate payout of commision, as well as mantaining the sales dashboard and presenting data to senior stakeholders.
