Regional HR Advisor Home based with regular travel Up to £40k plus Company Car Full time and permanent The Regional HR Advisor will provider support across the business with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations across Central, East, Midlands and North Regions. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Support managers with ER casework and assist with meetings when required. Give regular advice on a range of HR related queries. Work with the People Director to develop, map and improve processes top create efficient and user friendly systems and procedures. Provide support across the People team including support with Recruitment. Compile and distribute reports as required. We are looking for: Proven background managing ER cases from start to finish. Experience managing high volumes of ER cases. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Very strong knowledge on Employment Legislation. Ability to effectively support and advise managers.
