The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join this growing firm. This role offers the chance to manage both lateral and graduate recruitment, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to attract and secure the best talent in the market. With a focus on diversity, strategy, and market trends, this role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Lateral Recruitment Talent Acquisition: Partner with stakeholders to recruit high-caliber talent across all practice groups. Candidate Sourcing: Build relationships with recruitment agencies and utilize various sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates. Selection Process: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment process alongside stakeholders. Offer Management: Oversee approvals and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and partners. Graduate Recruitment: Campus Engagement: Build relationships with universities and law schools to attract top graduate talent. Recruitment Campaigns: Plan and execute graduate recruitment initiatives, including open days, webinars, and marketing materials. Selection&Program Management: Oversee assessment centers, vacation schemes, and training contracts, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. General Responsibilities Strategy&Reporting: Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the firm’s needs and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics. Diversity&Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and best practices in legal recruitment. About You: Proven recruitment experience in the legal sector, with a good understanding of both lateral and graduate hiring. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior partners and external agencies. A proactive and strategic mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills. A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
