This role offers the chance to manage both lateral and graduate recruitment, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to attract and secure the best talent in the market. With a focus on diversity, strategy, and market trends, this role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Lateral Recruitment Talent Acquisition: Partner with stakeholders to recruit high-caliber talent across all practice groups. Candidate Sourcing: Build relationships with recruitment agencies and utilize various sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates. Selection Process: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment process alongside stakeholders. Offer Management: Oversee approvals and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and partners. Graduate Recruitment: Campus Engagement: Build relationships with universities and law schools to attract top graduate talent. Recruitment Campaigns: Plan and execute graduate recruitment initiatives, including open days, webinars, and marketing materials. Selection&Program Management: Oversee assessment centers, vacation schemes, and training contracts, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. General Responsibilities Strategy&Reporting: Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the firm’s needs and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics. Diversity&Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and best practices in legal recruitment. About You: Proven recruitment experience in the legal sector, with a good understanding of both lateral and graduate hiring. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior partners and external agencies.
