Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities: ⁠Assist in posting job adverts on various job boards and platforms. Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and co-ordinate with candidates and hiring managers. ⁠Conduct initial phone or video interviews as required. ⁠Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate details. Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment material. ⁠Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team. ⁠Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience You MUST Have: ⁠1 years recruitment or call centre experience ⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
