Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities: Assist in posting job adverts on various job boards and platforms. Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and co-ordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone or video interviews as required. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate details. Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment material. Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience You MUST Have: 1 years recruitment or call centre experience Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Why Join Us ?
