European Program / Project Manager B2B SaaS Enterprise Software - Retail Circa £80k Remote / Home based The Opportunity A global Leader in Enterprise Software for niche markets, this is a varied and highly strategic role that plays the main role in implementing software integrations with customers. This is entirely remotely based but will require travel in both the UK and wider Europe from time to time as well as the occasional US trip. The Job The Project Management team guides customers along their entire journey of the implementation roadmap. As a part of Solutions Delivery, this team supports all client delivery engagements focused on improving operational efficiency and implementing software. Projects on average last from 6 - 12 months You'll manage and coordinate the entire implementation of the solutions and maintain a long-term relationship with the customer to facilitate ongoing support of their needs. About you You're a career Project Manager, with lots of know how in managing technical requirements and translating them into customer objectives You'll be able to lead large meetings of both technical and non technical employees and customers and guide them to actionable project plans to effective timelines You'll have impeccable customer management skills and have a track record in developing strong relationships with people at different levels within customer structures Demonstrated abilities to solve and conquer complex organisational problems Must have a background in a Software environement Experience with Retailer customers or retail change management a distinct advantage Far more details available, please contact Chloe for more information
