Procurement Manager (Indirects) Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 office days, 2 remote) A well-known international brand is seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to oversee the non-food spend across its UK operations and contribute to strategic projects that enhance efficiency and sustainability. This role is critical in building supplier relationships, optimising costs, and supporting business growth across multiple brands. Responsibilities: Create and implement procurement strategies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products and services. Negotiate with suppliers to manage costs and mitigate inflation. Lead tendering processes and identify opportunities for cross-brand alignment in procurement activities. Drive sustainability projects, including recyclable packaging solutions, to meet regulatory and company objectives. Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution. Support procurement initiatives for associated brands within the group. Person Specification: Proven experience in procurement or buying (ideally indirect/GNFR) Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering value within budgets. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex data and make strategic decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
