Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results driven People Business Partner with the ability to work closely with various sites in the North of England and stakeholders across the business to provide an efficient and effective People Service. The role is a permanent contract working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £39,686 per annum. This role is home based and will require travel to Coventry for team meetings a minimum of once a fortnight and to other Langley locations particularly in the North of England. Partner with their Regional Services to deliver the People strategy, and enable a strong people experience working closely with the Regional Manager and their leadership teams to coach, advise on and implement the People Strategy. Act as the People Services member of the Regional and Service management teams. Responsible for providing expert HR advice and support, ensuring that HR practices are integrated into the business and that all HR strategies, policies, and processes support our mission.
