People Analytics (HR) - Hedge Fund - £65-85k base 50% bonus potential

A multi-billion dollar AUM global hedge fund are looking to make a newly created 'People Analytics' hire into its rapidly expanding Human Resources function. The role is highly analytical, project focused and visible/autonomous in the firm. The London HR function is relatively underdeveloped, hence why the hire can set-up new processes to analyse headcount/hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, attrition, performance of graduate&intern schemes etc. He/she will also work closely to the technology department to improve existing HR systems / tech capabilities - project management skills are therefore key. As the role also includes building some new tools / reports / dashboards, the hire had some level of advanced tech skills themselves. The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR function for 2-5yrs in either a hedge fund, investment bank or consultancy firm, ideally in a data / reporting focused role. Candidate should be highly analytical, confident with ‘data’ and numerical. Candidates should have outstanding academic records. A proficiency in SQL or Python is required. The role will pay a £65-85k base salary depending on level of experience. A 50% bonus potential is achievable for a high performer (it is also possible to earn a bonus % either side of this, with the variable based on performance).
