Join our European based client as an Oracle HCM Global Process Owner (GPO) and play a pivotal role in optimizing their HR operations on a global scale. As an Oracle HCM Global Process Owner, you will: Define and Standardise Global HR Processes : Develop and refine end-to-end HR processes that align with business objectives across multiple regions and ensure consistency worldwide. Optimise Oracle HCM Implementation : Leverage Oracle HCM Cloud to streamline and automate HR processes—creating efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing employee experience. Champion Global Compliance and Governance : Ensure all HR processes comply with international labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies while maintaining data security and integrity. Collaborate Across Functions : Partner with key stakeholders including HR, IT, finance, and legal teams to align Oracle HCM functionalities with business needs and strategy. Drive Continuous Improvement : Monitor HR process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovations to boost effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Skills&Experience Proven experience in global HR process management and Oracle HCM implementation. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
