&| City of | | Circa £47,000 per annum 20% performance-based bonus (with strong achievement history). 29 days annual leave BH London-based hybrid model (3 days in the office). This standalone Learning&Development Business Partner role offers the chance to make a real impact, supporting a workforce of around 1,000 employees. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller team or standalone environment, with opportunities to bring fresh ideas and influence strategic direction. ’ ? Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify and address skill gaps across technical, operational, and leadership areas. Evaluate existing programs and design impactful learning and development initiatives to meet business needs. Coordinate and deliver training programs, including managing schedules, communications, feedback, and stakeholder updates. Optimise the Apprenticeship Levy by identifying opportunities and managing provider relationships effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver tailored content, focusing on priority areas such as attendance management, customer service, and operational standards. Enhance the internal learning framework to ensure it is engaging, practical, and widely adopted across the organisation. Maintain and improve the corporate induction program to keep it relevant and aligned with evolving organisational needs. Work with stakeholders to promote L&D initiatives through internal communications and drive awareness of development opportunities. Equip managers and teams with tools and resources to develop and implement effective local learning plans. ’ Stable career history in permanent roles Previous standalone L&D manager roles or small-team experience are a must. Proven design expertise and confidence with L&D systems. A collaborative, solutions-driven professional with a stable tenure and the ability to thrive in a mid-sized organisation in a fast paced sector Proven end-to-end experience in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing third-party training suppliers and leveraging expertise to optimise program outcomes. Hands-on approach and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
