A fast growing Energy Trading firm at the forefront of the sector, are offering the opportunity for a Learn and Development Advisor to support the delivery of the L&D strategy as the organisation is growing. The Role As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the comprehensive, accessible, and inclusive learning and development offering. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will ensure the L&D programmes are tailored to meet the diverse needs of their teams and align with the organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of learning initiatives, blending in-house sessions, e-learning platforms, and external providers. Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify training needs and create bespoke solutions. Promote a culture of continuous learning by developing accessible and inclusive resources for all employees. Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure quality and value. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D activities, using data to drive improvements. Support career development frameworks and succession planning initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in a similar L&D role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Knowledge of e-learning tools and technologies, as well as traditional training methods. A proactive approach, with excellent organisational and project management skills. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of learning and development. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential. The role is onsite 3 days per week in London with a competitive salary, depending on experience. The wider package includes bonus, pension, Bupa healthcare and more.
