A small start-up recruitment agency in Kent (West Malling/ Kingshill area) are looking for an IT/ Tech Recruiter to join their business either remotely or on a hybrid basis. You must be within a commutable distance of West Malling area. The company offers total flexibility in relation to working arrangements (hybrid or remote) and also earning potential (salary with commission or commission only can be discussed). The role has scope to start building a team around them at a pace they feel comfortable with, and they will be fully supported by the board. REQUIREMENTS Significant experience of 360 recruitment within the IT/ Tech sector, and are capable of being almost completely autonomous in terms of managing their desk and building their own pipeline Being a self starter who thrives in a start-up environment is essential for this role.
