Our client, a leading company within the international removals industry based in NW London, is looking for an experienced Move Manager to join their dynamic team of removal experts As an International Move Manager you will provide valuable expertise in the professional relocation of household goods for both private&corporate clients . Responsibilities: Oversee moves from start to finish, coordinating with the team for a seamless removal process. Issue accurate invoices upon completion of each move. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient move management. Prepare and manage necessary documentation to track removal jobs. Complete administrative tasks, entering customer information into the removal company software. Arrange third-party services as needed to facilitate successful relocations. Generate quotes, forecast costs, and produce removal reports. Provide customers with essential information to ensure satisfaction throughout the move. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with removal clients. Keep the removal company database current with all relevant details. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5 years in removals, specifically in household goods and international move management. Strong customer service abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
