Interim Internal Communications Manager (Day Rate) We're currently working alongside a leading aviation company in their search for an Interim Internal Communications Manager. The role will run for an initial 4 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis. Our client are currently going through a large period of transformation, they need this person to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to design, develop and deliver their internal communications strategy. This role will have a mix of change and BAU comms requirements. Prior experience with Industrial Relations style communications is a preference but not a deal breaker. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with operational workforces Experience managing change communications Exceptional stakeholder management Prior experience with Industrial Relations / Union environment communications Be able to work autonomously This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation.
