Working closely with Managers, you’ll ensure that our people strategies align with business goals, driving growth and success. What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert HR guidance Partnering with key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Leading employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that inspire. Driving talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Using HR analytics and insights to drive data-led decision-making. Managing employee relations and nurturing a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5 years in an HRBP or similar HR role within a fast-paced environment. Education: CIPD certification or working towards. Skills: Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
