New role for an HR Advisor to join a leading City Law Firm and take ownership of the Trainee lifecycle. From pastoral care to managing seating plans and driving qualification initiatives like the SQE, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Trainees from application through to qualification. In this role, you’ll: Provide expert HR support and advice to Trainees, managers, and partners. Oversee Trainee seat rotations, reviews, and feedback processes. Lead initiatives that ensure our Trainees are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need for success. Your expertise in UK HR practices, paired with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, will contribute to the firms strategic goals and trainee engagement.
