Position: HR Advisor Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday&Thursday on-site; Monday&Friday from home) About the Role: We are seeking a resilient, positive, and engaging HR Advisor to support the delivery of all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. As an integral part of the team, you will build strong and credible relationships with colleagues and managers across our two sites. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ER case work, recruitment and onboarding, and colleague engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for internal HR queries, managing inboxes to ensure comprehensive and timely responses. • Support employee relation case management by providing accurate, fair, and consistent advice, particularly relating to absence, performance management, and disciplinary issues. • Lead on employee engagement. • Support effective recruitment campaigns and assessments to secure the right candidates for roles. • Coach and support line managers to develop people skills and confidently implement processes and policies. Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in a similar role or as an established HR/People Team Assistant looking for progression is desirable. • Experience providing relevant advice on policy and process to line managers and colleagues. • Alternatively, extensive people management experience, particularly in handling employee relation cases, is also valuable. • Confident communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills. • Hands-on approach in a busy team environment, with strong attention to detail. • Ability to influence and coach managers to handle difficult conversations and make informed decisions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
