Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing Sheffield based business in the search for a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis. The company is a highly specialised components manufacturer and supplier with the aerospace and nuclear industry. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following: Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required Monitoring and maintenance of various HR spreadsheets relating to pay, absence, probationary, training and new starters Conduct and investigate disciplinaries&grievances following company procedures Liaise with payroll on holidays and monthly paid staff Create&supply HR reports and statistics for monthly reviews Contribute to ensuring a safe&healthy working environment.
