Our people care, dare and collaborate to ensure we achieve this People Powered Living This role We are recruiting for a Head of Strategy: Voids, Disrepair and Damp&Mould who will be responsible for leading on developing and overseeing the strategy for MTVH with respect to all of these elements. Including our approach to tackling and implementing internal and external processes and providing training to our teams with a brief to improve outcomes for our residents for Voids, disrepair and the new Damp and Mould legislation. The successful applicant will be working collaboratively alongside other senior Heads of Service to implement effective auditing processes and reporting tools to support the delivery of good performance and drive efficiencies and service improvements in these areas. You will take a proactive approach to keeping abreast of legislation changes to ensure the organisation is updating working practices to in preparation of any changes and to ensure compliance in these areas. You will be working with the regional heads to ensure processes are consistent across all regions and to identify any areas for improvement, and the heads and IT to ensure systems are in place to support the operational delivery of Voids, Disrepair and Damp&Mould works What you\\\'ll need to succeed Success in working in a senior property operational role in an organisation of similar size and complexity A track record of leading on changes on IT solutions to support the business delivery / operational processes Strong analytical skills and to utilise information to support operational delivery Good knowledge of relevant property legislation, regulation and best practice To demonstrate collaborative working to deliver robust processes and management information to drive business improvements What you need to do now If you\\\'re interested in this role, take a look at the attached Job Description for more details and if it’s the ideal job for you, click \\\'apply now\\\' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
