The successful candidate will have significant experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a proven ability to align people strategies with ambitious business objectives. Expertise in talent management, organisational development, and change management is essential. Experience working with structured business operating systems, such as EOS, and leading their implementation across an organisation is critical to this role. Candidates should also possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating the ability to lead effectively at both strategic and operational levels. Familiarity with professional services firms and embedding performance management frameworks is desirable, alongside a commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach to HR leadership.
