Reporting into the head of HRSS , this role will be responsible for HRIS administration and providing analysis and reporting that helps our business leaders and clients to make sound decisions using data that is up to date, accurate and reliable. The individual will also have the opportunity to work on exciting HR projects that will enhance and reshape the current reward activities and capabilities of the organization. The ideal candidate will have gained global experience within a similar role Key responsibilities include: Creating meaningful MI data analysis and reports on a number of topics including headcount and attrition, talent acquisition, compensation, recognition and more Responsible for HRIS administration and auditing data First point of contact for global HRIS&payroll queries and proactively providing guidance to improve the user experience Liaising with shared service centre HQ Supporting the team with annual activities such as performance, compensation and talent reviews Preparing the submission of annual compensation and benefits surveys and reviewing and analyzing the output Supporting ad-hoc HR projects as required
