About the Role: As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of group-wide consolidations. Safeguarding the accuracy and reliability of financial data, maintaining compliance with technical accounting standards, and supporting stakeholders across the business. Identifying and addressing complex accounting issues, providing guidance to teams such as FP&A and shared services. Optimising and enhancing financial systems (including Oracle FCCS) to streamline accounting and reporting processes. What We’re Looking For: ACA qualified with a Big 4 background. Proven experience in an industry finance role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex organisation. Strong technical accounting skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
