Conflicts Lawyer Prestigious US law firm is seeking a new Conflicts Lawyer on a permanent basis. The Conflicts Lawyer will be an integral part of the firm’s global Conflicts New Business Department. To £120,000 per annum Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day remote) Exceptional employee benefits Conflicts Lawyer Key Responsibilities: Review and analyse conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and business issues. Research, identify, and verify new clients and matter parties by using external corporate research tools and online resources. Prepare a Conflicts Summary outlining any potential conflicts of interest and business issues. Perform review and approval of New Business Forms to ensure NBFs comply with the firm’s new business intake policies and procedures. Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and screens as required. Participate in weekly meetings of the Conflicts Staff Attorneys. Conflicts Lawyer Key Skills&Requirements: Knowledge of rules of professional responsibility. Admission to a law society or bar association in a jurisdiction where the Firm has an office. Conflicts / new business intake experience at a large international law firm. Database Research Experience or experience with corporate research and compliance screening tools. Experience with the Intapp Open conflicts and new business intake solution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
