Interim Opportunity I am looking for a contractor that is experienced with Capital Management and Risk to support on a Bank's expansion into the EU, who can lead on the portion of the application relating to ICAAP, Solvency Recovery Plan and Solvent Wind Down Plan. 6 months contract (potential extension). Daily rate outside IR35 London based or remote Can have right to work in UK or EU Must be immediately available or able to start within the next 2-3 weeks. Responsibilities: Lead on response to Central Bank and requests throughout the application process Meet prudential and regulatory capital requirements (ECB/EBA regulations, CRR6/CRD3, etc) Develop capital plans and forecasts, including stress testing and scenario analysis Optimising capital structure and allocation Prepare and present capital adequacy reports Identifying, assessing and mitigating financial risks related to treasury and capital Implementing risk management frameworks and policies Ensure compliance with relevant internal and extern reporting requirements related to capital Must be experienced with: Capital Management&Risk Management to a leadership level EU banking regulation - detailed knowledge of regulatory capital and liquidity requirements, risk management practices and engaging with regulators Presentations and communicating complex topics to influence stakeholders at all levels Taking a hands-on approach to take on tasks and deliver to tight deadlines Please submit your CV if interested.
