Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Advise executives and hiring managers on recruitment strategies and process improvements. Maintain compliance with recruitment documentation and tracking systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in life sciences, with 4-6 years in pre-commercial drug development. Proven success in sourcing passive talent and filling roles in fast-paced environments. Strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
