Account Director Experience in selling Cisco or Microsoft products is essential. The primary purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with clients, whilst connecting with key business executives, IT and stakeholders. The Account Director should identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience and maximise revenue. Working with IT leaders to support in the delivery of strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders&decision makers within client accounts Generate new business logos Work with clients to develop strategic account plans to maximise the customer foot print. Forecast and track opportunities in the CRM system Communicate opportunities to internal teams Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent service Maintain up to date knowledge of all products REQUIREMENTS A successful track record in B2B sales for a previous VAR or MSP Experience with Office 365 Experienced working in IT managed services.
