An established leader in the Utilities and Reinstatement sector is seeking two experienced Works Supervisors for infrastructure gas projects based on the Norfolk coast. The successful candidates will oversee on-site teams managing critical gas utility infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. For those without SCO19 qualifications, the client offers comprehensive training to support career development. Key Responsibilities: Supervise site teams to ensure project specifications and safety guidelines are strictly followed. Oversee project schedules and day-to-day operations. Provide team guidance, coordinate tasks, and address on-site issues as they arise. Uphold gas safety regulations and encourage a safety-focused work environment. Report on project progress, site challenges, and compliance to the Project Manager. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in supervising gas utility infrastructure projects. Essential background working with Tier 1 contractors. Ideally hold SCO gas qualifications (SCO19 preferred); training is available if required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. What’s on Offer: A competitive salary of £40,000 plus a company vehicle.
