About You: To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 8 years PQE in Private Client law, with significant expertise in wills, trusts, and probate. You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. You will be a Senior Associate ready to take your next move into leadership, or a current Private Client Partner or Head of Department. Proven leadership experience or a demonstrable ability to mentor and inspire a team. Strong technical knowledge, particularly in complex estate planning and international matters. Exceptional client relationship skills, with a commercial mindset and strategic vision. A STEP qualification (preferred but not essential).
