Senior Manager – Tech Transformation, Wealth&Asset Management Location: London (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 £5,500 car allowance 10% bonus Overview Are you ready to take a leading role in shaping the future of the Wealth and Asset Management industry? We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join a dynamic consulting team focused on transforming WAM clients’ operations and technology capabilities. As a senior team member, you’ll play a critical role in developing junior talent, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Transformation Projects: Manage and deliver complex client engagements, advising on governance, operating models, and risk management to help clients navigate regulatory and cybersecurity challenges. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing insights and solutions across the WAM value chain. Business Development: Support Directors and Partners with business development efforts, including proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations. Practice Development: Contribute to the growth of the practice by mentoring junior team members, developing new propositions, and fostering a supportive, inclusive culture. Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure quality and timely delivery, including budgeting, risk management, and reviewing deliverables. Skills and Qualifications Experience in Wealth and Asset Management consulting, with a focus on technology transformation. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, technology-driven transformation programmes, with experience in platforms such as State Street Alpha, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, FNZ, and Avaloq. Deep understanding of the operational and technological challenges within WAM, along with a solid grasp of the full WAM value chain and traditional asset classes. Familiarity with IT and information security principles, methodologies, and technologies. Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage high-intensity work effectively. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members. Preferred Qualifications Degree required; relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, IMC, CAIA) are highly desirable. Ready to Apply?
