Health&Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business. Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation. WMS&ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS&ERP implementations is a definite plus. Customer&Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer. Key Candidate Requirements: Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential. Have a minimum of 3 year's experience at a Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager or General Manager level - Essential. Have managed teams beyond 30-100 employees through direct managerial reports - Essential. A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Essential. Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential. An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential. Commutable to Ashby-De-La-Zouch for 5 days per week - Essential.
