The Opportunity As VP of Commercial Management, you will: Lead and refine core procurement processes and capabilities to enhance project execution. Shape and implement long-term procurement strategies that foster competitive advantages in EPC execution. Drive value creation and cost efficiency while proactively managing supply risks and developing new sourcing strategies. Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategic equipment manufacturers and service providers. Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative materials and suppliers to deliver first-mover advantages. Lead and develop a talented team of procurement and contract management professionals. Collaborate with corporate, operational, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies across functions. Your Profile The ideal candidate will bring: Preferably a bachelor’s degree and/or qualification with recognized bodies such as RICS or CIOB . A minimum of 15 years of professional experience , with a proven track record in procurement or commercial management roles within relevant industries. Experience in the data center sector is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. A strategic mindset with a focus on results, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach. Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) and IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
