Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including market dynamics and emerging trends. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
