Vehicle Damage Assessor – Manchester City Centre £38,000 basic&hybrid working (2 days remote/3 days in the office) Must be a member of either: IAEA, IMI, ATA, VDA We are looking to add an experienced repairs or damage assessor to our team, where you’ll make a positive impact to our clients experience when it comes to accidents they have been in. It’s important we find a professional who has previous experience in the field. Day to day you’ll complete desktop surveys to assess the damage made to vehicles, understanding what has been damaged, how serious it is, and assisting with the garage&repairs process. You’ll have access to a range of accredited and manufacturer approved repairers and will build incredible relationships with garages, repairers, and clients in the industry. Customer service is key. You’ll be given full control of your customers, liaising with the garages, arranging the necessary visits, and providing your clients with updates. We’re a close knit team so you’ll also be speaking to our in-house advisors and solicitors regarding your clients. Complete your observations, create repair plans, and authorise repairs.
