About the Role As a Business Development Manager , you will be at the forefront of driving growth for a well-established, agile, and innovative 3PL provider. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities across diverse sectors, leveraging your understanding of logistics and supply chain services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Develop and present customised solutions to meet client needs, showcasing the company’s capabilities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services. Achieve and exceed revenue targets while contributing to the company’s strategic growth objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. What You’ll Bring: Experience: Proven success in business development within the logistics or 3PL sector. Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and supply chain services. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
