As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a Transmission Engineer to join their Engineering team in London. The role: ➡ You will be responsible for the daily maintenance&operation of network devices in the company’s POPs (Global Internet backbone, SDH/DWDM (optical fiber transmission technologies) Sino-Europe backbone&Voice switching equipment). ➡ You will be implementing international circuits, service provisioning&delivery, troubleshooting&technical supports. ➡ You will maintain&update an Operation Plan (service availability report, traffic management&service improvement solutions) and offer Pre-sales consulting support when resolving technical issues during a sales engagement, understanding customer business&technical drives, network planning, based on customer requirements. ➡ You will keep close communication with Head Office, Domestic&overseas branches.
