Key Responsibilities: Drive successful delivery of complex tech projects. Collaborate across teams to implement Agile practices. Lead initiatives around bespoke policy admin systems. Ensure seamless tech change management and innovation. Experience required: Agile Expertise: Proven experience setting up Agile frameworks. Tech Change Experience: Strong background in applications and familiarity with DevOps. Business Analyst Background: Prior hands-on experience is essential.
