Biotalent are seeking a highly skilled Cell Biologist to join a Biotech company. In this role you will lead a dynamic team of four scientists and support with day to day activities in the lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cell-based assays, including cytotoxicity, flow cytometry, cell viability, 2D/3D cell cultures and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of four scientists, providing guidance and support in daily activities as well as appraisals. Oversee the screening and characterisation of antibodies. Conduct and support various cell-based assays, including cytotoxicity, flow cytometry, cell viability, and activation assays. Ensure accurate documentation and analysis of experimental data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project goals and timelines. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: PhD / MSc in Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related field. Work experience in industry within a Biotech or Pharma is essential. Proven experience in supervising or leading a team. Strong background in cell-based assays. Experience working with antibodies. To note this is a 12 - 14 month FTC.
