The agency enjoy a hugely passionate and supportive team at all levels and many of their staff have grown alongside the agency over several years The Role This is an exciting role that will see the successful candidate leading a new dedicated Influencer/Talent division within the agency. You will take over a small portfolio of existing talent and work alongside senior management to slowly grow this over time. It's a role with a lot of freedom that will see you forging strong relationships with talent and helping them develop their personal brands by securing meaningful partnerships and appearances while managing on-going campaigns. The ideal candidate will: Have previous expereince managing influencer talent on behalf of an agency Ideally have previous expereince working with talent or brands in the Luxury or Lifestyle sector Relish building lasting relationships with creators, helping them to develop and supporting them in their ambitions Be a strong negotiator, able to manage contracts and terms for partnerships Have an interest in managing junior colleagues as the team expands.
