Are you an experience Social Care Manager looking for a Regional role across Yorkshire? We have an exciting opportunity for a regional manager to oversee a large cluster of supported living services, specialising in ASD, across all areas of Yorkshire. Managing a team of established regional managers, this role is for an experienced professional who is adept at building relationships with commissioners and ICBs to promote the services. The role will include: Managerial Support to Supported Living services, including direct support with recruitment, supervision, appraisal and career development Liaising with commissioning bodies, including ICBs and local authorities, to manage the wider referral and onboarding process Communicating with service user's networks, both personal and professional Contributing to the organisation's wider development and growth by working with internal teams such as marketing, business development and HR teams Working with the wider senior management team to ensure quality and operations aligns with company's wider vision and aims. The idea candidate will have: Experience working across multiple services, desirably in services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, or ASD. Ability to develop services, understand and work as part of the commissioning process, and develop a network with commissioners Access to a vehicle to cover a wide geographical area NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification The starting salary is upwards of £53,000 with benefits Please let me know if you would like more information about this role in an exciting, fast growing organisation.
