Our client, a thriving FMCG company, is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to oversee stock management across multiple production sites and lead a dedicated team. This role offers a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving, making it ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives on detail and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Manage stock movement across production sites and maintain safety stock levels. Develop and share material forecasts with suppliers. Oversee monthly stock recounts and reconciliations across production sites. Lead and implement process improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and co-packers. Lead and support the development of your team. What We’re Looking For: Graduate calibre or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in a planning role within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Team management experience Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels. Proficient IT skills, with SAP knowledge being a plus.
