Supply Chain Sustainable FMCG start-up London £65k We are working with sustainable FMCG start-up who are disrupting their marketplace. As they enter an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to work closely with the COO and be the heartbeat of their supply-chain operations. You’ll be given significant responsibility from the outset. What you’ll be doing:- You will be responsible for managing all aspect of their supply chain covering procurement, sourcing, planning, inventory and logistics. You will play a key role in developing and rolling out their multi-year supply chain strategy. You'll work closely with manufacturing partners and trouble shooting issues as they arise. You’ll manage inventory and stock control. You will play a key role in designing and implementing news systems, processes and reporting. What we are looking for You’ll have circa 5 years in a Supply chain role within the FMCG space. You need to be comfortable working in the start-up environment and will relish spinning lots of plates. You will need to be a self-starter with a clear bias to action. You will need first rate knowledge of FMCG supply chain with experience in end-to-end supply chain covering procurement, supply and demand planning and inventory management The ability to work cross-functionally. You need to be happy with being in the office 4 days a week.
